At Steelforges, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from www.steelforges.us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order cancellations are handled.

14-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Whenever applicable, products should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Please contact info@steelforges.us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If a blanket arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, Steelforges may offer a replacement, refund, replacement item, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products that have been washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error or the product arrived damaged or defective, Steelforges will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the order is shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, the standard return procedure may apply.
